What is Motherhood Returns policy? 

All items sold on Motherhood are covered under the Motherhood Buyer Protection Guarantee. You can return your items within 7 calendar days. All returned items must be in its original packaging with tags and labels attached. Please include the Return Form and proof of payment upon your return.

How to request for a refund for orders made on Motherhood? 

All returned items are eligible for a refund. A quality inspection will be conducted to evaluate the condition of the returned items. This process will take up to 2 working days. If successful, an email will be sent to you to notify you that your refund is being processed. Please note the refund will be given in the form of store credits (valid for one-time purchase within 1 year).
